Domestics Pack Team Member Application in Calhoun, GA
Support the Domestics Packing Supervisor and Leads in order pulling and packing of all new and existing orders daily to ensure ship dates are met in accordance to the customers purchase orders/request. The Team Member will assist with all orders issued by the Supervisor for labeling, packing, and shipping customer orders. The Team Lead Person will assign all work to the Team members with direction from the Domestics Packing Supervisor.
Package, label, and palletize customer orders assigned by the Team Lead and Supervisor
Ensure all customer packaging requirements are satisfied prior to shipment
Communicate with Domestics Team Lead all activity associated with open orders
Communicate with Domestics Lead Person orders in process, ship date, and cancel dates
Minimum requirements:
High School/GED preferred. 0-3 years of general work experience required. 1 + year prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred. Previous experience with high-speed industrial environment a plus.
Abilities required
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or fork lift. Demonstrate attention to detail. Forklift certification is required, basic math and English skills. Basic communication skills necessary.
